...It is a superb and effective cleaner and after 4 months use, I can see an obvious change in how my carpets and soft furnishings look and feel. I have not used a sweeping brush or dustpan and now dusting is minimal. This is despite having a Jack Russell dog and living in the countryside. I am truly delighted with it.

Your demonstrator is such a pleasant young man. His approach is low-key but professional. Very good at his job!

I just thought I should sit down and let you know how pleased my son and I are with the Vacuum Tech I recently purchased from you. Your representative called very punctually and I was given a very good demonstration of how versatile the cleaner was, he was a very pleasant and friendly young man. He didn’t hurry and was not at all forceful, he is a credit to your sales staff.

I am disabled and explained how I couldn’t use tools standing up. (I am on two sticks). But he showed me how versatile the hose was and how the body of the cleaner moved so easily, and how it is so manoeuvrable when it turns.

My son was here for the demonstration and he was impressed “it just puts my Henry to shame!”. So when your representative finished, I ended up buying two! One for me and one for my son as well. He couldn’t wait to get it home and try it out “wonderful!” he said. He has a wood burner that makes a lot of dust, and this has now helped to make his house dust free!

We are both very happy and many, many thanks to your representative. (Good lad!)
